Hemodialysis is a process used to remove fluid carrying and residual product from the body when kidney can not left over product with urin elimination. The most common problems faced by patients is an increase in fluid volume between the two time hemodialysis manifested by weight gain. Weight gain that is too high can lead to negative effects on quality of life of patients. This study aims to know the relationship between weight gain between the two time hemodialysis with the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure in dr. R. This study aims to know the relationship between weight gain between the two time hemodialysis with the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure in dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Type of research is observational with cross sectional approach. Using a consecutive sampling technique sampling. Responden in this study were 28 patients who underwent outpatient hemodialysis. The data were taken by measuring the weight gain between the two time hemodialysis and questionnaires. There is a relationship between the weight gain of two times the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure with p value = 0.007 (p <0.05) between the two weight.
