Abstract
Factor Affecting the Selestion Of Mother In labor in TBAS the region Puskesmas karangjambu sub District Karangjambu PurbalinggaAlif Sarofa1, Atun Raudotul Marifah2, Murniati3
Background : The government seems to have not been able to overcome the problem of deliveries are still assisted by traditional birth attendants in a short time. Based on the scope of delivery assistance in central Java, the scope of delivery by health personnel in 2008 by 87%, the rest is handled by TBAS
Objective : To determine the factors that influences the selection of TBAs conduct deliveries at health centers in the District karangjambu Purbalingga periode January to June 2011
Methods : This study is the analytical survey method of research with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Large samples in this study is 79 people.
Results : Wereas in the area of Health centers that choose karangjambu traditional midwives in the maternity most mother have a socioeconomic 0,05.
Conclusion : socio-economic variables, education level, the level of knowledge, and culture influence the selection of labour terhadap TBAs karangjambu health centers in the region. While the variable age has no influence on the selection of TBAs in the delivery centers karangjambu
