Abstract

ABSTRACT
End stage renal diseases patients who life with dialysis faced on a many problem that affected their quality of life because of the cange on biology, psychology,social and spirituality equilibrium. They can survive with dialysis but so many problem in their life as an effect of hemodialysis. Quality af life achievement need a fundamental over view from hemodialysis patients. Surrender and making relation with God is coping mechanism to solve a problem with a chronic disease. When an illness attack, the power of spirituality help people getting well. Spirituality become an important factor to face alteration caused by chronical disease. The aim of this research was to determine a relation of spirituality and quality of life pasien with dialysis at dr. R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga Hospital. This research type is descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach and Chi- Square analyze. This research show that old age (46-65) was determinate, most of them a male (57%). The majority of respondents education is elemrntary school (37%). Most of them as employers (63%) and was married (90%). Muslim as their religion (93%). Research shown an relation between spirituality dan quality of life dialysis patients in dr. R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga Hospital with a number of p value 0,001.
